Agreement
These terms cover your use of stereomarkets.com and the Stereo Markets app (together, “Stereo”). By using Stereo you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Not investment advice
Stereo provides analytical tooling for your own research. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and nothing it shows is a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security, cryptocurrency or other instrument.
Stereo Markets is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an investment adviser or research analyst, or with any other regulator. Labels such as BUY, HOLD and SELL, confidence scores, fair values, targets and stop levels are outputs of statistical and valuation models applied to historical data and public filings. They are estimates, they can be wrong, and past performance does not indicate future results.
Markets carry risk of loss, including the loss of all capital invested. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Consult a SEBI-registered adviser or another qualified professional where you need advice.
Early access
Stereo is in early access. Features, coverage and models may change, and access may be limited, paused or withdrawn while the service is developed.
Data and accuracy
Prices, financials and other market data come from third parties, chiefly Yahoo Finance, and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Quotes on some exchanges are delayed by around 15 minutes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data or analysis, and you should verify anything you rely on with your broker or the exchange.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Portfolio data you add or import is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide Stereo to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Broker connections
Broker connections are read-only: Stereo can read your holdings but cannot place orders or move funds. Your use of a broker remains subject to that broker’s own terms, and we are not responsible for its service or data.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, bulk-download or resell Stereo’s data or analyses;
- disrupt or overload the service, or try to access another user’s data;
- reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it;
- use Stereo for anything unlawful, including market manipulation.
Intellectual property
Stereo’s software, models, design and content belong to Stereo Markets. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
No warranty and limitation of liability
Stereo is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Stereo Markets is not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for indirect or consequential losses, arising from your use of the service or reliance on its output.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Stereo at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaches these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use Stereo after a change means you accept it. Questions go to info@stereomarkets.com.
